Shelter Tours
Groups of any age can arrange a tour of the shelter. A permanent learning center has been set up with activities to educate and entertain children of every age. Kids can practice meeting a dog safely in a controlled situation, and older children will recognize the reality of companion animal overpopulation while meeting people who have chosen animal careers. Each tour lasts about 45 minutes; we ask for a small donation of $1 per person.
