Our volunteers are vital to the day-to-day success of Willamette Humane Society and the well-being of our animals.

Volunteers help out with every aspect of our organization, whether it’s walking and training the dogs, assisting with office work, helping at our thrift stores, socializing cats and rabbits or serving on our board of directors. Without our volunteers, we would not be able to fulfill our mission of “promoting the welfare of animals through leadership, education, and action.”

Would you like to work with a caring group of people who make a daily difference in the lives of thousands of animals? Then join us. By doing so, you help Willamette Humane Society find homes for the animals in our care, educate the public about our programs and services and help us raise funds so that we can continue to serve our community of people and pets.
